Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced] "Start_ShowClassicMode"=dword:00000000

Setting its data to 1 would enable the classic menu, while setting it to 0 (or deleting it) restores the default Windows 11 Start Menu, though Microsoft has disabled this function in newer Windows 11 builds.
