In some Windows 11 Installations the "RunAs" option is missing within the start menu - with this little registry tweak here you can activate this again.
Don't forget to reboot after adding/changing this
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer] "ShowRunAsDifferentUserInStart"=dword:00000001
